The newly acquired office spaces are located in Yura Business Park – Phase 2, a commercial development situated on Link Road in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Additionally, the purchase includes five dedicated car parking spaces, which is a valuable feature in commercial developments in Mumbai.

Building Details and Possession Timeline

The office units purchased by the Deol family are located on the second floor of the building. The commercial complex is currently under construction, and possession is expected to be delivered by December 2027.

The project is being developed by Yura Business Park Private Limited, associated with the Pecan and Transcon Group.

Because the building is still under development, the investment may benefit from future capital appreciation once the project is completed.

Hrithik Roshan and Family’s Investment in the Same Building

Interestingly, the same building already houses a significant investment by the Roshan family. Actor Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan and mother Pramila Roshan, had earlier purchased 10 office units in the same complex for ₹28 crore in November 2025.

The Roshan family investments were made through two companies:

HRX Digitech LLP – where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are designated partners

Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd – where Hrithik Roshan and Pramila Roshan serve as directors

All ten transactions were registered on November 27, 2025.

Total RERA carpet area: 6,968 sq ft

Unit sizes: Between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft

Total investment: Around ₹28 crore

Floor location: Third and fourth floors of the same building

This means the Roshan family owns offices one floor above the units purchased by Bobby Deol’s firm.
