• The property in question must be located within the “abadi” (inhabited) area of the village.
   
• Your village must be one of those notified under the SVAMITVA project for drone survey.
   
• Your ownership should be based on possession, that is, you’re living there, maintaining it, and recognized by the local community.
   

Note: It’s not limited by caste, income, or gender. Anyone fitting the basic criteria can apply.

How to Register for PM SVAMITVA Yojana in 2025 (Online Process)

 The PM SVAMITVA Yojana isn’t just about formalities and you can do it entirely online, and the process is quite user-friendly.

Step-by-step Online Registration:

1. Visit the Official SVAMITVA Portal
   Go to their official website 
    
2. Select Your State & District
   Use the dropdown menu to find your village and check if it’s part of the active survey areas.
    
3. Fill in the Application Form
   Basic details like name, Aadhaar number, property location, and a few supporting documents (such as tax receipts, electricity bills, etc.) may be required.
    
4. Upload Documents
   To prove the possession upload scanned copies of relevant documents proving possession.
   
   Track Application Status
   You can check and track your application through the portal once you have submitted it.
