YEIDA to Launch 973 Residential Plots Near Noida International Airport: Prices, Sizes, Location & Investment Outlook

To cater to the surging demand for homes around the upcoming Noida International Airport, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to roll out a new residential plot scheme this month along the Yamuna Expressway. The scheme will offer nearly 973 residential plots across prime sectors close to the airport, with average prices expected around ₹35,000 per sq metre.

According to YEIDA officials, the scheme is likely to be launched within the next 15 days, subject to mandatory registration from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA).

YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: Key Details

RK Singh, CEO of YEIDA, told Hindustan Times Real Estate that once the RERA registration number is issued, the authority will formally open applications for buyers looking to invest or build homes near the Yamuna Expressway—an area expected to witness accelerated growth as the airport becomes operational. Some 49 plots were allotted by YEIDA as well.
