Job Description

• Salary: ₹1.8 to ₹2.2 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• A Field Executive in Haryana is responsible for implementing projects, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of services to targeted beneficiaries. The role involves extensive travel within the assigned district, including visits to low-income communities and rural areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Project Oversight: Manage the implementation of projects in the designated district, ensuring the effective delivery of benefits from various schemes to the intended beneficiaries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise community mobilizers, providing guidance and monitoring their performance to achieve project objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to enhance service delivery, expand the network of community mobilizers, and meet revenue and application targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government officials, local authorities, and organizations, including Gram Panchayats, to support project implementation efforts.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports to meet organizational requirements, ensuring regular updates to the Line Manager.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions on digital and financial literacy, focusing on capacity building within the community.

Qualifications

• • Education: Minimum of 12th grade education; higher qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: 0.6 to 15 years of relevant experience in field operations or community engagement.
