How to Use the TyTil .com App
TyTil is India’s smart, easy-to-use real estate app that helps you buy, sell, or rent property online—quickly and hassle-free. Whether you're a homebuyer, tenant, landlord, or agent, TyTil gives you access to verified listings, free property posting, and smart tools to make real estate simple.
Step 2: Create Your Free Account
Tap on “Sign Up” or “Register” to create your account. You can register using your mobile number, email address, or social login (Google/Facebook).
Step 3: Search for Properties
On the home screen, select your need: Buy, Rent, PG/Hostel, Commercial. Then use filters like city or locality, budget range, BHK type, property type (apartment, plot, villa, etc.), furnishing (furnished/semi/unfurnished).
Step 4: Post Your Property for Free
To list a property: Tap on “Post Property”, choose whether it’s for Sale or Rent, fill in details (location, type, size, price, photos), and submit for verification.
Step 5: Use Smart Tools
TyTil includes powerful real estate tools: EMI Calculator (estimate monthly loan payments), Loan Eligibility Check (see how much you can borrow), Save Searches (bookmark your favorite properties), Alerts (get notified when similar listings go live). These tools are perfect for serious homebuyers and property investors.
Step 6: Contact Property Owners or Agents
Once you find a property you like: Tap “Contact Owner” or “Call Agent”. You can also use in-app chat or request a callback. TyTil ensures direct communication—no hidden brokerage or middlemen.
Step 7: Access Expert Services (Optional)
TyTil also offers value-added services: Legal consultation for property documents, interior designers & architects, Vastu experts, home insurance & loan partners.
