We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Field Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling on-site operations, customer interactions, market visits, and data collection. You will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring smooth field operations and contributing to various administrative tasks related to the field.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Conduct site visits, customer visits, and field surveys as per the company’s requirements.
  • Interact with clients and gather required data for ongoing projects or services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of field activities.
  • Resolve any client concerns during the field visit and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide suggestions for service improvement.
  • Maintain a daily log of activities and submit reports to the management team.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance with company policies while on field visits.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, installations, or any technical assistance required in the field.

Qualifications

• • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduation.
  • Previous experience in field operations or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
