Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Data Collector to join our real estate team. As a Field Data Collector, you will be responsible for collecting data and information about various properties, analyzing and documenting property details, and assisting in real estate market research. Your role will involve working directly in the field, visiting properties, and ensuring accurate data collection for future property assessments, listings, and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Visit assigned properties in Pune for data collection purposes.
  • Record detailed information about properties, including size, location, amenities, condition, pricing, and other relevant details.
  • Take high-quality photos of the properties as part of the data collection.
  • Verify the accuracy of property details through site visits and communication with property owners or agents.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports of collected data to the management team.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of property databases.
  • Coordinate with the real estate team to ensure that property details are correctly reflected on listings.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with property owners, agents, and clients.
  • Follow all protocols and guidelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data collection, market research, or real estate is an advantage.
