Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Data Collector to join our real estate team. As a Data Collector, you will play a key role in gathering essential data and images to support our real estate listings and property database. This is a field-based position, where you will be responsible for visiting various properties and collecting relevant visual and other property-related data.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Visit designated properties across the assigned region.
  • Capture 55 to 60 high-quality photographs of each property per day, ensuring that all necessary angles, features, and details are covered.
  • Document property details (e.g., location, condition, amenities) to assist in the creation of property listings.
  • Maintain accurate records of the properties visited and photos taken.
  • Communicate with the team regularly to provide updates on daily progress and share any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of collected data to the relevant team.
  • Follow all safety and quality standards while working in the field.
  • Adhere to the daily photo and data collection target of 55-60 properties.

Qualifications

• • Proven experience in a field-based role or a similar data collection position.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones or cameras to take clear, high-quality photos.
