Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring that all documentation is completed.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with performance evaluation processes.
- Prepare HR reports and documents, such as employee attendance and leave records.
- Answer employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Assist in organizing and promoting employee wellness initiatives.
- Help with any administrative tasks related to HR functions.
