Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and assist in finalizing candidates.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Help implement company policies and ensure compliance with HR norms.
- Assist with payroll coordination and basic HR reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or service sector.
