Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret real estate data to support decision-making in property acquisition, development, investment, and marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect and clean real estate data from internal and external sources (MLS, CRM systems, market reports, etc.)

  Analyze property trends, pricing, rental yields, and market demand

  Create dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and management

  Use statistical tools to identify market opportunities and risks

  Forecast real estate trends and provide actionable insights for business strategy

  Work with GIS mapping tools to present location-based data

  Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align data insights with business goals

  Maintain data accuracy and integrity across platforms

  Monitor competitor activity and provide benchmarking analysis

  Automate data processes and reporting workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science,

   Economics, 

  Real Estate, or a related field
