Roles & Responsibilities

• • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and provide suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits and explain features, pricing, and specifications of properties.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, follow up with leads, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with developers, builders, and internal teams for documentation and inventory updates.
  • Handle negotiations and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales customer service and support.
