Job Description

  1. Selling real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and rental properties, to potential customers.
  2. Attending property viewings and assisting clients with property selection.
  3. Providing detailed property information, answering client queries, and offering suitable options based on their needs.

    4. Conducting market research and staying updated on property prices, market trends, and competitor offerings.
    5. Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial inquiry to the final sale or lease.
    6. Negotiating terms and pricing to close deals effectively and efficiently.
    7. Preparing sales reports and maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
    8. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
    1. Good communication and negotiation skills.
    2. Basic understanding of real estate processes and documentation.
    3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    4. Strong presentation skills.
