Job Title: TelecallerSalary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and energetic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, your role will involve communicating with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting our services or products in a clear and convincing manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain a record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Other Local Language].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet ).
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
