Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in travel or sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for selling travel packages, handling client queries, and supporting end-to-end travel planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to customers.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed travel information, including destinations, options, and prices.
- Book transportation, accommodations, and tour services for clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records of bookings and payments.
- Follow up with clients to confirm travel plans and address post-sale queries.
- Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and transport companies for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa policies, and destination knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of travel booking software or portals is a plus.
